Robert M. Higgins Named "Lawyer of the Year" by Best Lawyers for 2025

- $28.8 million verdict for an undiagnosed aortic aneurysm in the ER at North Shore Medical Center Salem Hospital
- $28.8 million verdict for a blood clot misdiagnosed as sciatica at Lowell General Hospital's ER, resulting in amputation
- $5 million verdict for failure to test for cancer at Lahey Clinic
- $15 million record-setting settlement involving Boston Children's Hospital for a sleep study death.
