Brooke E. Sheldon
Brooke Sheldon is an associate at Lubin & Meyer. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Sheldon graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut, and received her Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School.
During law school, Attorney Sheldon worked for a number of Boston law firm’s representing clients in personal injury, toxic tort, products liability and business law matters. She also served a judicial internship with the Honorable Judge Lisa A. Firko in Hackensack, New Jersey. Additionally, she served as a case comment editor for the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law, where her piece analyzing Massachusetts consumer protection statute, 93A, was published (See Chocolate Production Not Deceptive Act Under chapter 93A – Tomasella v. Nestlé U.S.A, Inc., 962F .3d 60 (1st Cir. 2020), 17 J. Health & Biomedical L. 305 (2021)).
